Far East Organization’s wide span of business operations provide diverse opportunities for our staff members to explore varied roles and broaden their experiences. We avail the resources of the Organization to equip staff members to achieve greater potential in life and to grow. Our people development initiatives cover talent development as well as imparting of personal, professional and leadership skills. Signature programmes include Leading the Far East Way by Far East Academy to inculcate values and leadership skills, Grow Your Career to build competencies and accountability in one’s career progression, and our flagship speakers’ platform, the Far East Organization Leadership Speakers Series. To hone our people’s international outlook, the Organization offers a travel grant, ABCD Alphabet School, for staff members to experience global cities through the lenses of the Arts, Buildings, Community and Dining.
Inspire Better Lives
As part of our journey to be a Best Employer, Far East Organization conducts an annual Colleague Engagement Survey to gather feedback from staff members and assess how the Organization differentiates itself in the areas of Engaging Leadership, Talent Focus, Agility and overall Employee Engagement.
We take efforts to engage our people throughout their career journey with the Organization, from the induction of new hires through the INspire programme, to Touchpoint checkpoint sessions at the second- or third-month of employment, to Open Chat breakfast dialogues with our leaders to share experiences, ideas and perspectives.
