Accounts Executive (Far East Orchard)
Responsibilities
- Handle month end closing
- Review annual audit financial statements for local statutory filing
- Liaise with service providers, auditors and tax agents. Support the year-end audits
- Handle intercompany transactions and billings
- Handling and issuing of tax invoices
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
- Generate TB, GL, PL and BS from Oracle Fusion
- Review suppliers’ invoices and supporting documents including follow-up with business owner and coding of account codes
- Process payments via internet banking portal
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in real estate/hospitality industry with public listed company
- Pro-active and fast learner
- Detailed & meticulous
- Able to independently review service providers’ submission
- Good communication skills
