Admin Executive (Serviced Residences)

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and Serviced Residences (SR) Sales Team
  • Liaise between various departments 
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events including registration and travel arrangements
  • Assist the Sales team with customer inquiries and problem resolution
  • Complete the necessary reports required
  • Manage all correspondences in the Sales Office to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch
  • Set-up and maintain the Office correspondence files and ensure safe custody and confidentiality
  • Able to facilitate with SR Sales Department daily admin operatives

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality or Business
  • At least 1- 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in administrative support in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Sensitive and able to maintain and treat highly confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with minimal supervision and direction
  • Experience in hospitality will be advantageous
