Responsibilities

  • Participate in space planning and detailed design process for new retail and mixed-use projects as well as AEIs of existing malls 
  • Review and evaluate retail mall planning requirements and layout design for new projects and asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs)
  • Assist to formulate mall-specific shopfront and signage design guidelines for new projects and existing malls alike
  • Assist to curate tenancy fit-out design guidelines (to be applied across all FEO malls) as and when necessary, to be keep abreast with current market best practices
  • Ensure well-designed tenancy fit-outs across the mall through coordination with Retail Operations and Central Engineering team, as well as consultants and contractors where necessary

Requirements

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any other relevant disciplines
  • Team player who is adept in working collaboratively and independently where necessary to drive desired outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • No prior experience is required for entry-level roles
