Assistant Director of Sales (Village, Outpost, Barracks, Oasia) - Sentosa Cluster

Responsibilities

  • Fulfil the assigned Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Proficient in account management and forecasting methodologies for business gains.
  • Proficient in the presentation and selling of designated products and services.
  • Proficient in the company’s lead generation, selling, and conversion processes. 
  • Proficient in applications of the company’s sales systems and tools, and processes.
  • Proficient in the management of events – bookings, amendments, payments, and reviews.
  • Ensure clients remit agreed payments promptly to reduce exposure to financial risks.
  • Review the performance of the assigned portfolio and present solutions to gaps periodically.
  • Gather and share intelligence within local anti-competition rules to benefit business planning.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key-linkage and operational teams.
  • Collaborate and optimize revenues with the Revenue Manager.
  • Attend client events and provide service as and when needed.
  • Respond to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to statutory regulations and internal guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Undertake department projects and duties as may be assigned diligently and professionally.
  • Exude professionalism as guided by the Far East Hospitality Employee Handbook.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing & Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of same capacity in hospitality industry, focusing on travel trade
  • Able to lead, manage & motivate a team meet sales goals.
  • Hands-on approach in solving challenges and a good team player.
  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and IT skills.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills.
  • Able to multi task to meet close deadlines under fast -paced environment.
