Responsibilities
• Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly management reports for commercial premises
• Collaborate with the property manager to uphold operational excellence across commercial premises
• Collaborate with marketing agents for the effective leasing of the commercial premises
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory requirements
• Support lease management activities, including drafting, reviewing and issuing lease documentation
• Ensure proper documentation, archival, and implementation of processes for the smooth operation of lease management activities
• Maintain accurate and organized lease records, ensuring proper documentation and archival to facilitate smooth operations
• Update and manage tenancy information in SAP and other relevant databases to support reporting, payment processing, and arrears tracking
• Facilitate in property tax matters including liaising with property tax agent for the assessment of annual values, raising objections, preparation of schedules, statements and reconciliations for all properties.
• Support in asset enhancement initiatives and facilitate capital expenditure planning and execution
• Evaluating and executing sustainability initiatives which align with the Company’s sustainability goals
• Support in procurement administration, proper recording, and archival of procurement documents
• Contribute to digitalisation and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in lease management, property administration or asset management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill to collaborate with stakeholders
• Meticulous, resourceful, independent and able to work proactively towards problem solving
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP and other property management systems would be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, ensure compliance and support process improvement initiatives
