Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

  • To forward the company's digital growth and ambition as part of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring synergy and alignment
  • Conceptualise leads performance marketing strategy and manage execution SOPs endtoend
  • Plan and execute Digital campaigns, including but not restricted to Search (Google / Baidu / Bing / Yahoo), Display/Programmatic, Google listings/ pins and Social Media advertising campaigns (YouTube / Meta / TikTok / Wechat / Xiaohongshu / Douyin etc)
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns, and assess against goals across the conversion funnel from impressions to sales.
  • Present campaign results to stakeholders
  • Work with agency to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to study and constantly optimize users' digital journey and experience
  • Demonstrate leadership and guidance to partners and stakeholders on digital marketing
  • Share knowledge and train/ educate team members on digital channels and strategy
  • Evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with internal team members, agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

  • Holds a Degree in Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimally 5 years of working experience in the digital marketing realm
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, Social Media and display advertising campaigns. Experience in managing digital campaigns for Greater China and Hong Kong markets would be an added advantage for this role. 
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective digital campaigns that deliver results.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience in managing marketing agencies to achieve key objectives
  • A confident communicator to pitch ideas to internal stakeholders
