Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce, you are part of a performance team managing over 25 hotels and serviced apartments in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia.
You will lead performance marketing strategies, execute advertising campaigns to generate online revenue and support analytics reporting and implementation work.
You will work closely with Revenue Managers, Distribution Channel Managers and other Marketing and Analytics Specialists within the department.
- Formulate performance strategies across Paid Search, Metasearch, Paid Social, Display Advertising.
- Translate business objectives into advertising direction and goals.
- Drive marketing agencies to execute campaigns quickly and accurately.
- Optimise and reallocate marketing budgets frequently to drive maximum revenue for Brand.com.
- Analyse and build reporting resources to track performance.
- Assist with Digital Analytics infrastructure maintenance and implementation. (GA4, GTM).
- Evaluate and govern marketing technology solutions.
- Performance marketing advisor and budget custodian to all property stakeholders.
- Run experiments and A/B Tests to study creative and targeting optimisation.
- Create digital advertising SOPs and governance as part of the Corporate HQ Team.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include campaign optimisation, analysis and performance reporting, strategy meetings with property stakeholders, driving agencies to generate new campaigns and assets to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Digital advertising or travel industry background is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical abilities, fast decision maker
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Analytics 4 (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM) will be advantageous.
