Responsibilities
- Provide management with timely finance-related analysis and recommendations across a range of critical business decisions
- Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
- Interpret and communicate monthly P&L outcome to Business Unit COO
- Partner the business units during annual business planning to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
- Develop business case for re-development and asset enhancement initiatives
- Provide management with forward-looking financial insights on market conditions and trends
- Perform financial due diligence for potential asset acquisitions on an ad-hoc basis
- Be a coach to the Finance Executives in the team
- Strengthen current internal controls and improve Finance processes and systems
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, with CPA or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 2 years in an FP&A position
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self-directed, hands-on, motivated and highly committed to meet deadlines and targets
- Independent and able to work with all levels in a high matrix organisation
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
