Responsibilities

  • Support the VP, Investment and Asset Management and senior team in monitoring asset performance against budgets, forecasts, booking pace, and market benchmarks (e.g., STR, Forward STAR, Lighthouse).
  • Prepare analyses of key operating metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, GOP, AGOP, and segment mix including variance analyses and performance reports for management.
  • Support performance review meetings with hotel operators, documenting key discussions, follow-up actions, and preparing minutes for management circulation.
  • Assist in preparing materials for Board papers, presentations, and investor reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining financial models for investment underwriting, scenario analysis, and valuation purposes across the hospitality sector.
  • Assist in coordinating semi-annual and annual independent valuations, including data collation and liaising with external valuers.
  • Conduct detailed market and sector research, including macroeconomic, tourism, and hospitality trends, to support investment and asset management strategies.
  • Assist the VP, Investment and Asset Management in evaluation of potential investments, due diligence coordination and liaising with brokers.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Hospitality.
  • Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in real estate investment, asset management, or hospitality.
  • Good financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and results orientation, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine interest in the real estate and hospitality industry.
