Associate (Temporary, 5-months)
Responsibilities
• Conduct data validation on customer satisfaction data extracted and provided by the fieldwork partner.
• Coordinate and track status of customer satisfaction fieldwork data collection with appointed fieldwork partner
• Conduct quality checks and provide feedback on data validation and reporting.
• Identify quality risks and report to the team to seek resolution.
• Organise qualitative customer satisfaction feedback and report formatting in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ensure format consistency of reports to be generated.
• Conduct any desktop research on competitors, where necessary.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques using Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail
• Good in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
