Business Development & Operations Executive, Central Laundry

Responsibilities

Business Development

  1. Identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation.
  2. Assist in feasibility studies and cost benefits analysis for new business initiatives.
  3. Monitor competitive landscape and customer demand to support business strategy development.
  4. Provide support on contract negotiation and contract management with internal and external stakeholders. 
  5. Proactively prospect new leads through targeted outreach strategies such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine service offerings.
  7. Attend tender interviews and follow up with tender requirements.

 

Operations

  1. Work closely with the operations team to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  2. Administrator for the Laundry Management System (LMS).
  3. Perform regular reconciliations for variances between laundry delivery and collection quantity.
  4. Monitor and track financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably with experience in similar industry.
  3. Good negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Able to thrive in both team-oriented and independent work settings.
