Business Development & Operations Executive, Central Laundry
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation.
- Assist in feasibility studies and cost benefits analysis for new business initiatives.
- Monitor competitive landscape and customer demand to support business strategy development.
- Provide support on contract negotiation and contract management with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively prospect new leads through targeted outreach strategies such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine service offerings.
- Attend tender interviews and follow up with tender requirements.
Operations
- Work closely with the operations team to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Administrator for the Laundry Management System (LMS).
- Perform regular reconciliations for variances between laundry delivery and collection quantity.
- Monitor and track financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably with experience in similar industry.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in both team-oriented and independent work settings.
