Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Manage customers’ complaints, enquiries, issues and feedback
  • Support in sales calls to potential customers
  • Coordinate and execute new social media marketing initiatives and promotional activities (E.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Carousell etc.)
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the self-storage business (PoS System for Self-Storage – SiteLink, Facility Management, Report Maintenance)
  • Support in administrative duties (E.g. Raising Purchase Requests, Quotations, Sending Invoices, Filing)
  • Perform any generic customer service functions

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business / Marketing / Marketing Communication / Customer Service / Hospitality
  • Microsoft Office skills is required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in self-storage/ retail industry
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Willing to learn and results driven
  • Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) | Saturday (9am - 1pm)
