Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
- Manage customers’ complaints, enquiries, issues and feedback
- Support in sales calls to potential customers
- Coordinate and execute new social media marketing initiatives and promotional activities (E.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Carousell etc.)
- Coordinate the daily operations of the self-storage business (PoS System for Self-Storage – SiteLink, Facility Management, Report Maintenance)
- Support in administrative duties (E.g. Raising Purchase Requests, Quotations, Sending Invoices, Filing)
- Perform any generic customer service functions
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business / Marketing / Marketing Communication / Customer Service / Hospitality
- Microsoft Office skills is required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in self-storage/ retail industry
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Willing to learn and results driven
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) | Saturday (9am - 1pm)
