Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide technicians in delivering Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services across assigned properties.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure performance standards and service quality are consistently met.
• Recommend and oversee repair works, renovations, and equipment replacement to maintain operational reliability.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate tender specifications for M&E works to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor service quality, compliance, and adherence to safety procedures and equipment standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and contractors on maintenance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Identify and propose energy-saving initiatives, sustainability practices, and continuous improvement measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records to support operational transparency and management decision-making.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership during property upgrades, renovations, or system enhancements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in engineering or facilities management, preferably within hospitality, commercial property, or large-scale building operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively guide technicians, liaise with contractors, and engage stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing maintenance schedules, resources, and projects.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with workplace safety, fire safety regulations, and compliance standards.
