Responsibilities

  • Conduct briefings to technicians before start of shift and ensure proper handing over and taking over of shifts.
  • Attend daily morning briefing and represent CE for site meeting in the absence of Engineering Executive.
  • Attend to Tenants and customer feedback and complaints for areas under landlord care.
  • Schedule daily checks on all common areas, toilets, public walkways, external façade and M&E facilities and its plant room. Follow up on outstanding defects.
  • Responsible for the preventive maintenance of the equipment in accordance with Preventive Maintenance Schedule and ensure that the records are kept and up to date for periodic review.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping on schedule of CARE rooms.
  • Respond to M&E-related emergencies at property.
  • Escalation of incident or accident at site.
  • Supervise technician’s work.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail malls, hotels, serviced residences or residential properties
  • Strong leadership, good planning, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of chiller system and M&E services in commercial buildings
