Executive, Sales Operations (27 April 2026 to 2 October 2026)

Responsibilities

Sales Dashboard
•    Update monthly production data (Rooms, Revenue, Segment breakdown)
•    Refresh dashboard 
•    Highlight anomalies for review (such as sales activities)

 

Ad-hoc Reporting
•    Extract data from CRM / reporting systems (Opera R&A)
•    Prepare summary tables and slides for review
•    Support CBRM and management reporting preparation
•    Sales productivity & incentive analysis

 

Project Support – Loyalty Programme Exploration
•    Provide coordination and support for the Loyalty Programme taskforce, including:
•    Consolidate and organise inputs from internal stakeholders and taskforce members
•    Maintain project documentation and track follow-up actions from meetings
•    Support coordination across departments involved in the taskforce

 

CRM & Systems Support
•    Monitor and track cluster-level compliance
•    Follow up on identified data gaps and corrective actions
•    Assist with annual database audit to ensure adherence to CRM SOP and data entry standards

 

Subscription & License Management
•    Maintain tracker of purchased vs utilised licenses
•    Notify clusters where utilisation exceeds allocation and advise on additional license purchase

 

System Support & Escalation
•    Escalate system issues or sync failures (Delphi / Chorus AI) to respective support teams
•    Monitor resolution and update stakeholders accordingly

 

CRM RFP (Preparation Phase)
•    Assist in RFP preparation with IT project manager
•    Track milestones based on high-level RFP timeline
•    Provide coordination support

 

Sales Incentives (Quarterly)
•    Consolidate cluster submissions
•    Validate production numbers against source reports
•    Flag discrepancies
•    Work with Finance team where required

 

Others

  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor, carrying them out diligently and professionally

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
  • Familiarity with BI dashboards (Power BI preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy control
  • Ability to coordinate across teams

Preferred:

  • Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Delphi / Salesforce)
  • Familiar with Opera Reporting & Analysis tool
