Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reporting schedules, journal entries and statutory financial statements in compliance with SFRS(I).
  • Manage accounting and reporting for a large portfolio of investment properties and development projects.
  • Coordinate annual fair value accounting and impairment assessments.
  • Analyse financial results, perform balance sheet reviews and investigate key variances.
  • Support development project accounting, revenue recognition, cost capitalisation and joint venture reporting.
  • Partner with business teams, valuers and external auditors on complex accounting matters.
  • Prepare audit schedules, address audit queries and support year-end audit processes.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and finance transformation projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 audit firm
  • Strong knowledge of SFRS(I)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
