Front Office Admin (Oasia Resort Sentosa)

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the Front Office Manager.
  • Liaise between various departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events including registration and travel arrangements
  • Assist the FOM with customer inquiries and problem resolution
  • Complete the FOM's report which requires input from all departments
  • Manage all correspondences of the Front Office to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch
  • Set-up and maintain Front Office correspondence files and ensure safe custody and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality or Business
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in administrative support in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Sensitive and able to maintain and treat highly confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with minimal supervision and direction
  • Experience in hospitality will be advantageous
