Guest Service Assistant (Adina Singapore Orchard)

Responsibilities

To provide excellent guest service and ensure a safe environment for guests. Collaborate closely with the Residence Manager to create memorable guest experiences.

  • Provide courteous and efficient service in the breakfast lounge.
  • Prepare and present breakfast as per standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage food inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Respond to guests’ complaints, requests, and inquiries efficiently and tactfully.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Be familiar with Serviced Residence facilities and functions, and assist with property event or activities when needed.
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area, upholding the highest standard of personal grooming.
  • Cook and/or prepare simple food items for breakfast.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as dishwashing, sweeping and mopping the breakfast lounge, and toilet cleaning.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
