HCM (Human Capital Management) Lead
Responsibilities
HR Technology Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.
System Implementation and Management:
- Work with the Project Manager to lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR software systems and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between HR and other business systems.
Project Management:
- Work with the Project Manager to manage HR IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery an adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers supporting HR systems.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Oversee contract compliance and support contract renewals and evaluations.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure quality delivery, system stability, and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:
- Analyse HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user guides in accordance with adopted methodologies.
Change Management:
- Facilitate user testing and execute change requests in accordance with the internal change and release processs
Issue Resolution:
- Resolve problem tickets escalated from the Service Desk within the agreed service level.
Compliance:
- Ensure HR technology solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of legal requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR IT or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR technology systems and related technologies.
- Understanding of HR processes, regulations, and metrics, along with experience in implementing and managing HR technology solutions.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP Successfactor (Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Performance and Goals Management, Learning Management System) and Qualtrics.
- Knowledge of change management processes.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Experience in process re-engineering and business process improvement initiatives.
