Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at Agape Services, a Social Enterprise of Far East Organization. This role is ideal for someone who believes in balancing business performance with people development, and who is motivated by the opportunity to make a difference through meaningful employment.
- Partner leaders on workforce planning, building talent pipelines, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
- Partner with leaders to build an inclusive workforce that embraces individuals from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds
- Build partnerships with community agencies, training providers and other stakeholders to support workforce development
- Lead and support social impact initiatives and partnerships, working closely with government agencies, social service organisations, and community partners to stay abreast of workforce trends, government initiatives, and funding opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, regulatory frameworks, progressive HR practice, market trends and industry developments to provide sound HR advice and recommendations
- Actively participate in staff engagement events, projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement, process optimisation and operational efficiency
- Support workforce analytics, reporting, and HR metrics to facilitate informed decision-making and workforce planning
Requirements
- Degree in HR or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a HRBP role
- Experience working in a social enterprises, social services organisations or community-based organisations will be an added advantage
- Experience supporting frontline, operational or labour-intensive workforces will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
