About the Role
Join our team as an HR Operations Executive, where you will play a crucial role in managing the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring seamless HR processes. Be part of a collaborative environment that values accuracy, integrity and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain staff records in our HR Management System and digital P-files in the Document Management System.
- Accountable for data accuracy, integrity and timeliness.
- Facilitate all staff movements, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition at every stage.
- Process contract renewals and work pass applications/renewals.
- Prepare various standard letters, including salary adjustment, promotion, bonus, incentives letters, etc.
- Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure operation excellence.
- Ensure all administrative tasks meet set standards and adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Prepare insightful reports and dashboards, providing valuable data for strategic decision-making.
- Accountable for project completion and delivery within specified timeline and quality standards.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication with HR Business Partners and HR specialist teams.
- Align services with established policies and ensure due diligence.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks and/or projects assigned.
Requirements
- Hold a degree, preferably in an HR related field.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Possess strong knowledge in Singapore Employment Act.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with individual at all levels.
- Be a team player with initiative and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
