Responsibilities
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the HR department in providing seamless recruitment solutions to support the achievement of Talent Acquisition objectives in the fulfilment of junior to managerial positions. This is an individual contributor role, working alongside the HR Resourcing team.
Key Duties
- Full spectrum of recruitment process – posting of vacancies, reviewing resumes, short-listing best fit candidates, conducting interviews, and creating recruitment pipelines.
- Perform proactive direct sourcing by searching resume databases and social networking platform (LinkedIn).
- Follow up with the necessary processes and documentation after securing the new hire.
- Support HRBP to aid and provide guidance to hiring managers through the recruitment process.
- Update recruitment tracking data and preparation of employee reports and recruitment analytics as and when required.
- Rationalize all recruitment channels in terms of rates, services, terms, and conditions.
- Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources, such as colleges, employment agencies, search firms, and trade associations.
- Work closely with educational institutes in building up brand awareness and create constant pipeline of prospective candidates.
- Provide the 1st line of contact and assistance in educating candidates in the benefits, culture, and values of the organisation.
- Analyse & improve current recruitment/selection process and update relevant policy and forms upon changes.
- If required, prepare descriptions of job opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on in-house talent acquisition experience, prior experience in recruitment agency setting will be a bonus
- Team player with good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong inter-personal relationships
- Resourceful self-starter who takes initiative in learning
- Effective communicator with good writing and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines
- IHRP or related certification will be an added advantage
- Prior knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors will be a bonus
