Laundry Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall daily operations of the linens' section.
• Ensure quality controls are in place for all processes.
• Assigns and instructs the team on work to be performed.
• Provides training to the laundry team.
• Assigns schedules and duties to laundry staff as per business needs.
• Assists in the recruitment and selection of laundry personnel.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the linen area.
• Ensure employee observance of safety practices.

Requirements

• PSLE or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good team player with ability to lead a team
