Responsibilities

  • Conduct ACRA and Bankruptcy searches for new leases and renewals
  • Process lease documents (e.g., signed Tenancy Agreements (TA), side letters, cheques payment) accurately and timely
  • Track new Leases and renewals secured by leasing team
  • Update Commercial Listing and send to External Agents monthly
  • Print SAP-interfaced Cover Letters, TAs and Notices to Proceed (NTPs) from SAP
  • Process expenses claims / SAP‐MM Procurement
  • E-file all Lease documents and correspondences
  • Attend to queries from Retail Leasing hotline and emails
  • Prepare paperwork for refund of Security Deposit

Requirements

  • Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of leasing / tenancy administration experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coordination and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
