Linen Attendant Linen Attendant (Quincy House Singapore)

Responsibilities

  • Replace guest laundry, wash linens, replenish amenities, and clean guest rooms in accordance with the property’s established standards.
  • Assist in the sorting and issuing staff uniforms to employees and maintains uniform records.
  • Responsible for restocking, checking, and assembling supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure the delivery of clean uniforms, towels, and linens to all internal and external clients.
  • Handle all guests’ requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Able to perform rotating shifts and 5.5 days work week
  • Able to work under pressure and detail oriented
  • Able to converse in Basic English for effective communication between guests and colleagues
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
