About The Role

Far East Organization’s Sales and Leasing Group manages a large and diverse portfolio of quality real estate for sale and lease to suit different business and individual needs. The group’s portfolio comprises residential, office, industrial and medical units across the island with over 1,000 units for sale and 6.5 million square feet of lettable space. As Singapore’s largest private property developer and residential landlord, the group’s wide array of housing options seeks to serve the extensive needs of buyers and investors as well as the expatriate and local communities looking for long-term stays. 
The incumbent will be part of the Marketing team within the Sales & Leasing Group of Far East Organization. He/ she will develop strategic marketing plans and then oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan to achieve key objectives. Depending on the incumbent’s experience and potential, he/ she could be an individual contributor/ team manager.



  • Lead the Brand, Digital, and Campaign Marketing for Business Units under the Sales & Leasing Group (SLG).
  • Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and events to promote the properties for sales and lease – including residential, commercial, industrial, and medical properties.
  • Develop cohesive and distinctive marketing, advertising and communication materials for new project launches, property sales and leasing, tenant retention and engagement purposes.  
  • Competent in leading digital and social media campaigns, including evaluation of platforms in SG and Asia, including but not restricted to Hong Kong, China and Indonesia; covering planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Conceptualise efficient, creative and results-driven media strategies, and work in close partnership with internal stakeholders, media and creative agencies to ensure success.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and activities and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Build strategic partnerships, soliciting co-beneficial, co-promotional relationships with external partners and aggregators sites.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with property agencies and their agents through regular communications and activities.
  • Manage and track marketing budget.
  • Manage day-to-day function of the department, providing supervision to staff and report directly to Head of Marketing.


About You

  • A Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in multinational companies or in the real estate industry.
  • Has a flair for copywriting, an eye for creative layout and visualisation.
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • Possess strong media buying knowledge and have experience working with media agencies, covering print, OOH, digital and social media channels.  
  • Well versed with digital (SEO/SEM/Programmatic/DCO) and social media platforms, and able to deliver robust leads acquisition campaigns with detailed tracking and optimisation to improve sales leads and conversion success.
