Property Executive
Responsibilities
- Carry out all work and duties in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Coordinate, prepare and set up budgets, documents, contracts, and processes for operations of assigned developments.
- Oversee appointed service providers.
- Conduct site inspections
- Process payments
- Submit reports and recommendations to ensure the daily operations of the assigned developments run smoothly.
- Draft and/or vet all outgoing correspondences, notices, circulars, letters, minutes of meetings
- Maintain and update all checklists and reports in accordance with the SOP
- Execute proper handover to the Management Corporations of building plans, manuals, contracts, and warranties.
- Coordinate and convene General Meetings of Management Corporations in accordance to the SOP and relevant statutes
- Manage residents’ and Management Corporations’ requests and feedback on the management, maintenance, and defects.
- Carry out all instructions, duties and/or assignments tasked by the Manager/Assistant Manager
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Estate Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure
