Responsibilities
Product Development and Feasibility Studies
- Spearhead initial product positioning of the development to direct projects and consultants to develop a product that is aligned with market demand and trends
- Provide market feedback to the Management regarding competitive offerings, customer needs, demands and work closely with Development Projects team to generate product development ideas for upcoming/new Far East Organization product launches
- Product development driven by data analysis of competitor projects such as product provisions, fittings, and market trends (i.e. Bedroom type, size, unit layout)
- Provide proposals on intended unit mix, sizes and detailed review of layouts guided by salability and market benchmarks
- Analysis of competitors’ pricings and provide proposal on selling price of intended product conceived.
- Far East Organization Vacant Land bank review (work closely with Finance and Development Projects to identify potential sites for redevelopment for sales launch)
- Provide support to Directors to evaluate new development/ redevelopment opportunities in Government Land Tenders and private enbloc market.
Sales Development
- Develop tool kits (Unique product attributes or information, property market information) to equip Sales team with the relevant information to conduct all sales-related functions at show flats/ sales galleries which include attending to sales enquires of prospective buyers diligently, telemarketing and converting them to sales transactions.
- Equip sales team with Market updates and competitor sales launch activities
- Conduct monthly market review and performance benchmark
- Develop tool kit for new/upcoming launch products for sales team, joint marketing agencies and agents to use for sales-related function
- Application of insights gathered to supplement Sales team product pitches
- Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to in carrying out the responsibilities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent
- Minimally 2 years of relevant research/ analyst experience, preferably in Real Estate
- Resourceful with good communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and able to draw insights from data for improving sales/ product development strategies and solutions.
- A good understanding of the challenges facing the local property market will be an added advantage.
