About The Role

Generate client leads to market and sell properties through networking, site visits and project viewings

Build positive, long lasting value-based relationships with property agents and customers

Stay abreast of real estate markets and best practices through trade journals, relevant literature and attend events, seminars and association

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call calling, prospecting reports and weekly work plans

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new project launches

Conduct all sales administration in compliance with statutory and company regulations

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
About You
Compulsory Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- A Diploma / Degree preferably in Business, Real Estate, or any equivalent discipline
- Minimally 2 years of sales experience, involving cold calling and hunting for leads
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong passion in sales
- Resourceful, self-driven and articulate
- Possess good negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to work on weekends and statutory holidays due to the nature of the industry and job requirements
*Sales Consultants are not required to hold a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- Good understanding of, and interest in the local property market, and the process of buying and selling property
- Having a strong agent and clients' network
- Good knowledge of statutory and/or real estate regulatory compliance
