Responsibilities
From fresh graduates to seasoned professionals, each team member is entrusted with identifying and engaging potential retail tenants through a blend of insightful market research, effective networking, and proactive outreach efforts.
As a manager, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team. Your responsibilities include supervising the execution of leasing strategies, with a focus on maximising rental income and occupancy rates.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field, with varying levels of experience tailored to the respective roles.
Fresh graduates eager to kickstart their careers are welcome to apply, while seasoned professionals with experience in retail or commercial leasing can bring invaluable expertise to the table.
Importantly, you possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. You are also detail-oriented as leasing professionals are responsible for finalising lease agreements and other essential documentation.
