  • Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants.
  • Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation.
  • Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends.
  • Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
  • Managers are required to mentor team members.


  • Degree in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines
  • Preferably with 3 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
