Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM loyalty program operations, engage and activate members through the entire customer journey.
  • Execute marketing initiatives (online and offline) that drive key metrics for awareness, engagement, and member acquisition.
  • Develop and execute marketing calendar for ongoing engagement with members.
  • Launch and optimise marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Manage enhancement projects for website and CRM mobile app.
  • Assist the team on reporting, i.e. campaign performance, weekly reports, consumer insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on data-driven insights.
  • Drive key metrics for the business through the various initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Marketing or any other equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong project management, analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and presentation tools.
