Sales & Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales, marketing and client engagement activities to support business growth, customer acquisition and long-term client relationships.
The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute sales and marketing plans, build market presence, generate qualified leads, manage client onboarding and deliver a consistent, professional customer experience aligned with the Organization’s standards.
This is a hands-on role suited for a self-motivated individual who is comfortable with business development, stakeholder engagement, campaign execution and client-facing responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement lead generating sales and marketing strategies to support business objectives, revenue growth and market outreach.
- Identify, prospect and engage potential clients through market research, networking, outreach activities and partner channels.
- Manage the sales cycle, including lead qualification, client presentations, proposals, negotiations and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular updates on sales activities, conversion progress and market feedback to the General Manager.
- Marketing and Brand Engagement
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, digital initiatives and content activities to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, website content, social media posts and sales collateral in line with approved brand guidelines.
- Work with internal teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer response and market trends, and recommend improvements to enhance reach, engagement and conversion.
- Client Onboarding & Support
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales closure to implementation and service adoption.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, presentation decks and other client support resources to facilitate onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Conduct client briefings, training sessions and follow-up meetings as required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing enquiries and feedback to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Governance, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, marketing activities, client engagement and key performance indicators.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with internal policies, governance requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Leverage digital tools and technology, including AI-enabled tools where appropriate, to improve productivity, content development, reporting and process efficiency.
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development or client engagement, preferably in real estate, property technology, B2B services or related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in lead generation, client presentations, proposal development and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign execution, content development and marketing performance tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, partners and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Resourceful, self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.
- Good planning, coordination and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office and marketing platforms will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events and business development activities, where required.
