Senior Analyst / Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Management, PBSA Business
Responsibilities
Portfolio Reporting and Optimisation
- Support the timely delivery of regular reports (monthly/quarterly)
- Coordinate and assist with budgeting and forecasting process
- Monitor and analyse financial performance of the portfolio
- Support the formulation of suitable portfolio strategies to maximise returns
- Support the team to maintain oversight on compliance matters of the portfolio
- Implement and monitor the progress of sustainability initiatives for the portfolio and explore strategies to improve sustainability targets
- Assist with any finance related and senior management queries
- Develop market insights and share with senior management and other teams
Data Analytics
- Develop business intelligence and analytics tools for the portfolio
- Prepare portfolio-level analysis to senior management and Board regularly
- Provide data analytics as requested by senior management
- Contribute to digitalization efforts by enhancing existing IT systems modules, workflows and applications related to project implementation monitoring based on corporate reporting needs
Process Improvements
- Support the review of operational policies and processes for the operating platform
- Participate in strategic planning and translate strategic objectives into operational priorities, results frameworks and quality assurance processes as required
Other Responsibilities
- Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (such as data science, real estate, business, finance or similar)
- 3 to 7 years of work experience in finance-related field (Portfolio Management, Real Estate or Corporate Finance experience preferred)
- Sound knowledge of business processes and data analysis
- Strong communication skills, particularly in describing data insights to a non-technical and executive audience
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and effectively engage stakeholders in system development
