Senior / Sales Manager (Village Cluster)
Responsibilities
- Represent the hotel professionally by upholding proper grooming standards
- Present the hotels’ products and services effectively
- Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with clients through sales calls and regular site inspection
- Assist to update sales control procedures and promotional activities
- Present Account Portfolio quarterly and analyse the performance of each account
- Manage corporate meetings, banquet events, residential and non-residential meeting groups or travel trade accounts
- Provide management with timely Sales and Marketing strategic information
- Secure new accounts and achieve monthly sales targets assigned
- Provide suggestions to re-secure loss of existing accounts
- Follow up with clients whose payments are outstanding and overdue
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
