Senior/Revenue Management Executive (Serviced Residences Cluster)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Revenue Manager, you will be part of a performance-driven Revenue Management team that manage Serviced Residences (SR) in Singapore.

 

  • Monitor of SR inventory and availability closely and make appropriate recommendations to the Field Revenue Management team.
  • Management of SR inventory on various booking platforms.
  • Execute rate loading to be distributed to various distribution platforms.
  • Preparation of various reports for Revenue Management.
  • Perform rate audits and rate parity checks.
  • Evaluation and approval of groups, as well as monitoring of group materialization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years hotel management experience and previous Sales, Reservation, Revenue Management or Pricing experience preferred.
  • Good to have experience in Opera.
  • Plus to have experience in Siteminder and Synxis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Attention to detail.
