Senior/Revenue Management Executive (Serviced Residences Cluster)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Revenue Manager, you will be part of a performance-driven Revenue Management team that manage Serviced Residences (SR) in Singapore.
- Monitor of SR inventory and availability closely and make appropriate recommendations to the Field Revenue Management team.
- Management of SR inventory on various booking platforms.
- Execute rate loading to be distributed to various distribution platforms.
- Preparation of various reports for Revenue Management.
- Perform rate audits and rate parity checks.
- Evaluation and approval of groups, as well as monitoring of group materialization.
Requirements
- 2+ years hotel management experience and previous Sales, Reservation, Revenue Management or Pricing experience preferred.
- Good to have experience in Opera.
- Plus to have experience in Siteminder and Synxis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Attention to detail.
