Social Media Manager (Sentosa Cluster)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across hotel properties, aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage content planning and social media operations, including monthly content calendars and social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including conceptualising, shooting, editing and publishing photos, videos, Reels, Stories and other short-form content.
  • Produce compelling copywriting and tailored content for diverse audience segments such as Weddings, Social Events, Corporate Meetings and MICE.
  • Lead photography and videography efforts across all properties, capturing guest experiences, accommodation, events, wellness and destination-related content.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, including budgeting, targeting, optimisation and lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance, leveraging data and insights to improve engagement, reach, campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support influencer, KOL and partnership collaborations, including campaign tracking, performance evaluation and reputation management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and hotel operations teams to support promotions, events, activations, partnerships and seasonal campaigns through social content.
  • Maintain brand standards and a digital content library, ensuring all content complies with corporate guidelines while building assets for future marketing initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing
  • Experience managing multiple accounts across social media sites
  • Proven track record in running paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager with measurable results
  • Experience as an in-house marketing team or a social media, digital marketing, PR or creative agency managing hospitality, travel, lifestyle or consumer brands is strongly preferred
  • Strong content creation capabilities, with hands-on experience in photography, videography, and editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva.
  • Proficient in social media management and paid advertising, including Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Data-driven and AI-savvy, with the ability to analyse social media performance, derive actionable insights, and leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency.
  • Highly organised with excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong creativity, copywriting and storytelling capabilities
